Heather Cottee graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1982 from The London Hospital School of Physiotherapy. She worked in the NHS, gaining valuable experience for over 12 years. Her last post before moving into private practice was being Superintendent Physiotherapist at Basildon Hospital, with managerial responsibility for the physiotherapy service, and a clinical role within the outpatient department, treating a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Heather established her own private practice in Chelmsford in 1997, which has been based in Writtle since 2011.
Heather has always had a keen interest in manual therapy, and in 1991 she completed post-graduate studies in manipulative physiotherapy leading to membership of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
